THEY COOK VEG AND NON-VEG ON THE SAME COOKING PAN. VEGITERIAN STAY ANY FROM THIS PROPERTY. Initial experience was good, but it turned out worst. Service: Staff was very supportive. Food: We booked our breakfast as well on this property. In the morning, we reached restaurant for breakfast but only few people were in the hotel so they said will cook based on your order. We ordered food at the counter and the person left the restaurant. We were getting late, so I was searching for the kitchen to inform them please cook fast we have to reach Kuksar and Atal Tunnel. When I reached kitchen. I see that cook was making bread omelet and paratha on the same pan. I rejected the breakfast. There are hotels does the same but when you see this by your own eyes. I would not eat the food knowing its cooked with egg. I AM STRICT VEGITERIAN. Electricity outage: There were multiple instances when there was no electricity, and we had to climb 4 floors and stay out of the room for a while. They must have generators for lift and rooms.

The property is situated at very bad and noisy road. Parking area is too small for 3 to 4 cars only. You can take your car without removing other car. The rooms are small without proper ventilation and without balcony. The area near the entrance gate like in tents, they call the balcony. There is no buffet for breakfast. They force the family to order the same breakfast. They provide water bottle of 200ml for only first day. The bad broken table tennis bats are available. All the snooker balls are not available. The restaurant staff is irritating. Overall bad experience. Don't get influenced by hotel name.

Great location & easy access to Mall Road. Staffs are friendly & welcoming. Parking is a little challenge here. For great view, select Premium room or similar.

Food was pathetic, location was awesome, room cleaning was not good, room amenities was not at all satisfactory.

We stayed from 25th to 29th december. Enjoyed our holiday very much. Hotel is walking distance to mall road. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommended. Will surely visit again.

Property location and the room were good, but there were constant power cuts and the intercom did not work

Staff is good and we enjoyed … breakfast need improvement… rest seems fine. Visited in June so weather was little hot and we use fan for same.

Manager behaviour was very rude. He doesn't know how to talk. Parking issue was also there. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location. Very close to Mall road. Sufficient parking space. Good food. Beautiful rooftop garden restaurant. Only drawback is that the family suite bathroom does not have any exhaust fan or ventilation.

Family suites with no cross ventilation, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, unhelpful and useless front office, property with cats, monkeys disturbing, poor food which causes Food Poison, no hotel owned taxi or auto, insects likes scorpion showing up from the cot, no buffet for breakfast, torn quilt covers, etc… definitely not 4 star. 2 star at max. Some of the staff were very nice. But they can’t do anything. Waste of money. We checked out a day before our booking ended.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurant serves very tasty food. Restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. They have game room as well.
