Terrible Experience and Unresponsive Management – Avoid This Hotel
My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and far below the advertised 4-star standards. The “premium” room had sharp-edged beds and tables, making it unsafe for families with children, including my 1-year-old son. The itinerary promised numerous amenities, but only about 20% were available—bathroom slippers, for example, were listed but missing. When I raised this with manager, he deflected, directing me to contact MakeMyTrip instead of addressing the misleading information. The approach road to the hotel is dreadful, a steep, poorly maintained drop from Mall Road that even confident drivers from Delhi-NCR would find unnerving. In Room 304, our stay was ruined by relentless noise from iron chairs dragged on the roof above, continuing past midnight. This caused significant distress, especially for my young son, who cried all night. The staff’s response to our complaint was dismissive, claiming they could do nothing. Compounding these issues, the hotel is nearly impossible to contact. Calls to the numbers listed on Google and the itinerary went unanswered, reflecting a lack of accountability. While some staff were respectful, those with blue collars were manipulative and unhelpful. This property falls well short of 4-star quality. Numerous better options exist nearby. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Choose a more reliable property for a safer, more pleasant stay.

We had like to clarify that we have available all those amenities that is mentioned on the Makemytrip. Bathroom slipper is a basic amenity and that is always available. Hotel is located nearby Hadimba temple and Hadimba is the Primary location of Manali so because of peak season time there is some traffic issue in day time, because everyone who came to Manali wants to visit Hadimba Temple. The last day when our other guests are enjoying on rooftop terrace and their kids are also enjoying there. Once or twice they dragged the chairs on Rooftop. When we requested to guests they immediately stop that. But you start to fight with the guests. We have tried our best, serve buffet food everyday in your room, provide fruit basket on arrival. But sorry to say that sir your behavior with other guests was not good. We again apologise for that if we were not up to mark. Regards Team Abhilashi Residency & Spa Manali.

From the moment I walked in, the welcoming staff made me feel right at home. Check-in was quick and efficient, The room was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculate. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, including high-quality toiletries and centralized Heater. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the stylish decor. Breath taking view from hotel. One of the standout features of this hotel was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, with exceptional service to match. Nice clear hotel with amazing view of the valley.
coupleHotel is good, very neat n cleans and well mananged. Balcony view is just amazing. In breakfast there were 4-5 items like juice/tea/coffee paratha, purisabzi, egg dish, sandwiches, cereals, poha. In dinner also daal, 2 sabzi, roti/chapati, salad, curd, rice etc. Food was yummy and service was good. Only thing i didn’t appreciate that first they told eraly checkin available and once we reach they charged 800 rs ( though hotel was emplty). They can charge for early ci, but rate should be nominal. Rest all it was nice stay and view is just amazing from the hotel.

Everything was fine, but i told them before booking this hotel that my father is a wheelchair user and the hotel must be wheelchair accessible, but the washroom and terrace was not accessible. So that made our experience a little disheartening, as my father had to struggle while going in washroom. And the terrace view was so nice which was also a miss for my father. So if you’re not a wheelchair user then the property is really good, but when i asked them in advance they should’ve told me that it’s not fully accessible.

Great experience
Had a wonderful time here. The views from the balcony are amazing. The food served in breakfast and dinner was good. The only disadvantage is the accessibility to this place, the roads are too narrow and huge traffic as we have to cross hidimba temple to reach the hotel.

Super clean and comfortable stay
familyIt was simply superb everything was clean and the hotel was beautiful located. We were able to get rented vehicles very near to the hotel. The staff was friendly. The view from the balcony was next to nothing. You could literally wake up to snow capped mountains smiling at you
