The location is definitely a plus — just a short walk from Mall Road, which is very convenient. The food was delicious and the staff were courteous and helpful. However, considering the price point, the property doesn't meet expectations in terms of maintenance. The curtains are not blackout, so it's difficult to sleep past 5:30 AM due to strong sunlight. The bed’s headboard was noticeably dirty and in need of dry cleaning, and the room overall had several visible stains. For the rates being charged, the upkeep of the rooms was quite disappointing. Also, there were no welcome drinks or refreshments provided, which would’ve been a nice touch.
