Location is very good and peaceful in compare to Manali. No rush, no traffic.
If you want peace, its good place to stay 20KM before Manali. Its little far from the main highway/bus stand, so choose only if you have your own cab.

The hotel was actually very good. It was worth more than the price. The staffs were really friendly. Due to some personal problems we had to checkin at 12 midnight. Even then the reception was open to welcome us. Location was pretty good. And if you got the top floor then the scenery is at its best. Superb stay. Cheers.

We check in at evening at hotel. check in was smooth. Owner amit was good and supporting. He change my room on request. The view from both the rooms were nice, weather was very nice. We stayed for four days. Room were cleaned. bathrooms was also clean. Hot and cold water was running well. There was only one problem, no fans in room and no backup generator on power cut. temperature at nagaar was around 10 degrees at evening after raining which was very comman, german bakery near was very good. Personally we do not like test of food at hotel but service was good.
There was no fans in room and no air conditioning but there was no need of air conditioning. Sometime fan was required and no backup on power cut.

Stay if you want a feel of old Manali

Only one reason to stay here, you will feel the beauty of a natural surrounding and the best views right now in Manali. The hotel, services, maintenance is all crap. Not even worth 1 star but if you have ample time to soak in the natural beauty, stay here. For the views, I will give 4 stars.

Good to stay! Need better room service and food facility. Though the rooms were clean and the stay was very comfortable . There was no room service provided. And the hotel restaurant facility was temporarily out of service, due to high range location, outside food facility was poor! Except for one good homely food we got from a near by aunty's restaurant
