The service is pathetic.. bought the rooms with breakfast..no buffet was offered, only on table orders which took 1 hour to prepare..pathetic service..

Good stay with serene view.. Food was delicious.. room were clean.. pool was clean.. everything was good. Nice to stay with friends and family

property is very good with all facilities we booked seei g after all facilities provided by them like pool and all but second day pool is closed due to some party booked there thats was sad part of hoyel they had to inform prior if any one is going to book the hotel if such things happen on booking dates

This is very average property with un professional staff. Lacking higene and safety. Stairs without railing and dirty. Service very slow.

Super bad location. nothing to do nearby. difficult to get any transport. Run down property. Torn sofas. grass growing everywhere. dead flies in jacuzzi. pool is not heated. it's just for pictures. very bad rooms . super costly for the price we paid. food was good but price was that of a 5 star hotel, when it's actually a 1 star hotel.

Property’s location is very scenic being at shores of a river and balcony facing huge mountain. Food was nice & staff hospitality was good.

It was a great experience in palm bliss resort. The service , the food, the view and the hospitality was top notch. Must visit place. Recommend

One of the best properties around Kullu. Spacious room, extraordinary food and such warm and welcoming staff. We had booked Premium room with Jacuzzi. The view of Parbati river from balcony was surreal.

i was not able to reach to property, there was road block issue in reaching to property. hotel did not provide any way to reach there.

I stayed in the luxury room and the view and room both are top notch. The spa is not open which I feel they should mention in the description. Rest everything was great

In makemytrip it is rated like a 5star but its not even close to 4star property, for a room service there is only a single person running around. Breakfast buffet doesn’t have variety, doesn’t justify the cost of buffet. List of amenities were closed like personal jacuzzi, spa. Only rooms are having wooden flooring and smart tv as points for hotel. Note: don’t book no view room, a day will go feeling depressed.

Very average stay with poor hospitality. The rooms do not justify with the tariff, and most basic amenities are chargeable, including water bottle at room. We request for heater and were informed there would be an extra charge for it. Overall, the service and facilities were disappointing. Not a value for money experience.

Place is good and placed in beautiful location. Balcony view is outstanding and rooms are clean. Service is poor and needs improvement for the room charges. Not worth the money. We need to keep calling multiple times to get the service. Tv is not in working condition. There are not much breakfast options but the restaurant food is good if you are opting for lunch and dinner, however it is costly.
