Review Of Royal Mansion

This is my third time at the property. I usually travel with my staff and the only reason I would like to come back is the amazing food and the customer service they offer !

Location was just excellent having a view of river flowing besides... Food was quite good... Staff was cooperative and the services provided were satisfactory... overall nice experience...

Location of the property is excellent. MMT has to review their star rating policy. Was wondering what are the criteria to declare a property 4*

Nicely maintained but there is no amenities for kids. Food quality and behaviour of working persons is nice. Overall my stay was pleasant.

We as a family stayed there for a night while travelling from Manali to Shimla, Hotel is well maintained, complimentary breakfast was good.

Decent stay. Room walls are due for painting. hot water is not instant, need to wait sometime. The breakfast was disappointing.

Royal mansion is best located within a 10 minute drive to the bhuntar kullu airport, and is besides the beas river with lovely views of the mountains, river and the clouds wafting through. I was surprised by the excellent quality of food as well as service. The cleanliness and amenities are no less than a decent star hotel, given its a small property with a limited but extremely well appointed rooms. Very hood and fresh mattress, pillows and bedding. Crisp towels and hot shower. The staff at the restaurant and at the front desk go out of their way to accommodate requests and provide smooth service. No complaints whatsoever. The hotel provides porters to bring luggage as well as load it into one’s vehicle.

Location was very good just adjacent to Beas river.Room service also fine.But they charged for the cookies and chips kept in the room after one of their staff told us that they were complimentary.Food quality was good though the absence of buffet even in breakfast was surprising.

Situated in the heart of kasol near to highway. In conclusion, my experience at royal mansion was nothing short of extraordinary. Whether for business or leisure, i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay while get down from manikaran/kasol.

The house keeping was average and the response to request was not attended to even after half an hour.

Had a memorable stay at this hotel near bhuntar to break our journey for a night on the way to manikaran and then manali. Awesome clean rooms. Nice views of the himalayan foothills from the room. They have an excellent restaurant as well. Staff is helpful and responsive. It is stays like these that make your trip memorable. Would love to come back again next time!
