Place was clean and good as expected ... did not try the food , but there was no WiFi that was the only issue

Our stay at JJ Resorts was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds . We particularly enjoyed the stunning mountain view. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access nearby attractions or transportation. We also appreciated the efficient room service. While the overall experience was fantastic.We highly recommend jj resorts in kullu and would definitely stay here again

Pros: Easy accessible location. 2. Clean and spacious rooms 3. Clean bathroom 4. Beautiful garden. 5. Friendly staff 6. Offered welcome drink which was kind. 7. Gave an option to choose from 2 different rooms which was lovely. 8. Food was affordable. Cons: 1. Expensive. Stay is not worth. 2. I had added complimentary breakfast by paying 1k rupees bcoz my kid enjoys buffet breakfast but disappointingly it was not buffet. It was on order from the menu. In which they dint have 2 fun items like crossoint. Ordered pancakes gave only 2 small round pieces. Then had to order again. Utterly disappointing. No fresh juice. Couldn't enjoy the meal with happily as the staff were giving all judgmentental looks as if we were eating for free. We dint have dinner previous night so we were bit hungry that morning. So that morning killed all the good memories with that hotel.

After staying in Manali for 2 nights in decent expensive hotel, I stayed with my family for 1 night in Kullu on the way back to Delhi. I was really impressed with this hotel which is in main Kullu city residential lane. We did river rafting in Kullu next morning before leaving the city. At the entrance I found the hotel inauguration plate mentioning it’s opened in 2011 inaugurated by then HP Chief Minister. It’s built in old style tradition wooden hotel with impressive entrance, reception area with nice paintings and handicrafts. We the family of 4 lived in 2 connected rooms which were very spacious and having great Mountain Views from the windows. The hotel is nice and well maintained garden around it. Though we checked in at 1:30am, the reception called me many times to ensure we are reaching safely. They received us promptly in these odd hours of check in providing parking and sleeping space for my driver. They have a decent dinning area where we had our breakfast. The parathas, chhole bhature and bread omelette was tasty. They also served breakfast in the rooms for my family. They have a nice service with polite reception. The rooms were neat and clean with hot water in the bathroom. I had booked this based on very positive online reviews. We really had a pleasant stay and I am really impressed with this hotel. This is great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to do activities like river rafting, hot air balloon and para gliding etc in Kullu and don’t want to spend much on the hotel.

This was my second stay at this property. Yet again, I experienced a wonderful reception with great hospitality, prompt room service and tasty food options whether it was snacks & Dinner or Breakfast. A wow feeling!
