The stay was very good, humble staff and very very delicious food and close to Mall Road and other tourist locations.

I was told that the air condition unit was not working and that the ac would not work later i saw the unit working but the supply to my air conditioner wasn’t working

Initially i have booked luxury category room but later hotel called that they don't have luxury rooms available on my dates and they offered me super deluxe. I stayed 2 nights in the hotel.

Manali usually have minus freezing temperature and this hotel does not offer heater services in rooms. They only provide heater from 7 PM to 7 AM on chargeable basis that is ₹500 per night and they don’t provide heater during daytime. Second thing The food is terrible and they makes silly excuses. If you ask them to serve any item which can be made from Tandoor they says we don’t have much customer now so we cannot turn on Tandoor. The location is scary and not safe. Staff is not polite.

The location was ok. However, the service was terrible. There was no hot water. Despite complaining about it the management did not send anyone to resolve the issue or supply hot water separately. We stayed there for 3 days. The food was fine. But one of the restaurant staffs was extremely rude when we asked him to send the food to the room as our baby wasn’t feeling well. He said that i’ll lay the food in the restaurant itself. Only on insisting firmly he sent it to the room. Overall it was an unpleasant experience.

Overall, it has been a great experience staying at this hotel. Rooms are excellent and clean. Nice location with superb view of snow clad mountains. The manager ramesh thakur and his team are a fantastic host with great service. Food is delicious though with limited menu. Overall, it is great value for money and would recommend this hotel. Would love to come back here again.

The management was extremely helpful and refunded my entire amount as i could not reach the hotel due to closure of the manali chandigarh highway. 5 stars and will definitely come to this place next time.
