Being a 3-star property, it is not up to the mark

It was a family trip. Being a 3 star they did not provide tea-coffee. Geyser not working. Did not provide the night stay for the driver. I did not get the chance to taste the food, I asked for breakfast instead of dinner because I had to leave but they deny the same saying breakfast is not included in your voucher. Overall it was an average kind of experience.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel room are good and comfy. The thing which they lack in are courtesy for their customer. They will tell you rate of everything the moment you extend your hand towards food. Also they will not clean the room in your presence but will insist to leave the keys which we didn't do, so for 4 days, no room cleaning was done. Rates of everything are very high, check and think before ordering anything here.

Location is good. All shops and dhaba are available nearby. But this hotel is 2 km away from Manali mall.
