As the AC was the concern, initially we tried to solve it by ourselves but there were some technical issues, and it could only be solved by professionals. It was not easy for the technician to come immediately that's why we shifted you to another room so that you could feel comfortable. The problem was fixed after some time, but we did not want to disturb you to shift your room again as you were tired and needed some rest. Closing with regards.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
stay is good but food is not prepared according to price. They charge all the amount for food but didnt provide all the items and forcefully receive money from us even after knowing that the fault is there. staff behaviour is not good and i am noy recommending this property to anyone because of this behaviour. they were charging extra money without giving us food and items that is mentioned in their menu card.

I Stay Here For Two Days. I Was Arriving Very Late Morning 2Clock. I Call on Hotel Contact Number they Open The Door Within 1Mins & I Was Checkout Very Early Morning 3Clock. They Also Provide Breakfast in Early Morning. Staff Is Very cooperative.

beautiful resort 😍
very big rooms with all weather AC. The hotel is situated near the beas river and one can go rafting in the morning.
