Wifi doesn’t working and in my room Airtel network is not available. Power back up not good. I needed to call every time to on power.

We have nice stay here. The staff is well mannered and helpful. Mr pankaj the property manager is quite cooperative. The use of property is its location and its layout, lush greenery and open space.

worst homestay i ever stayed

The room was good but the facilities weren’t on point. A heater at hill stations isn’t supposed to be charged. The host was not trained properly and the owner wasn’t at the property to forward the complaint to. Along with this, power was only for about 1 hour and the rest of the stay had to be managed without electricity. Also, food options were there in the menu but weren’t available to serve. All in all, my experience wasn’t good.

If i describe the property in one single word it was just awesome. The staff and the owner were helping and flexible and up to the mark. I would recommend this to everyone.

I stayed here with a family and i found host is not cooperative to cater our stay. Bedsheets, pillow cover were stained, on requesting to get it changed he asked for photographs and never believed on any problem i reported. I ordered food for my 2 year old ( requested it to be non spicy ) and it was beyond even sick person can't eat. After this i cancel-led my further orders for dinner. Having charged hefty tariff and this behaviour of host has made our stay miserable. I would not recommend.

The reservation was cancel-led with no intimation to us until i called the night before our stay. Some of us were then accommodated in another hostel and not a cottage. Overall very unprofessional.

Nice rooms, ambiance and service. Food quality was excellent with fast service.

Rude host did not even come when we had a issue. We booked room with lawn spcly a month before, on arrival he gave us another. No use to book earlier all my days were spoiled as i got unexpected change in my room

Amazing property with a beautiful location just within 1km of hadimba temple. Property is newly built hence really clean. Staff is good. Had a wonderful stay.

The property was well maintained and aesthetic ally soothing our caretaker praveen was very energetic and took good care of us it was as we were at our home far away from home recommended for everyone with small kids and family

Location was average. It is an isolated place. Good for walkers. There was no scenic view. Yo are sounded by hotels

Good location with a touch of serenity, nice landscape, friendly staff, good service, comfortable room with a homely feeling.

The property is well kept and has a huge lawn. Ample parking space and decent food

The person who spoke with us was irresponsive and seemed disinterested. He just wanted to know the mode that was used for the booking and just didn't reply to any of the queries we had regarding the place. That being said, the place was definitely great.

Food is like a home cooked and location is excellent.
