Rooms were dirty..seems they have not been cleaned for days...same goes for kitchen and the utensils.. they were so dirty that we ordered food from zomato...

Location of hotel is near by hidimba temple. Hotel staff are very good. You must try breakfast specially a loo ke paratha. It's so tasty. Dinner also try. Bole to full paisa basil

Location is good but property is not well mentioned properly

Rooms are very bad. 1) Room wall is damaged by some foods color n tea color 2) Pillow is not comfortable for sleeping 😴 3) food is very bad not cooking by any special kook i think they are just give by any one kook

No parking space found for my vehicle. Rooms are average. Kuchen of hotel not working early in the morning. Hotel staff are good.

It was a very bad experience because they didn't give rooms in their hotel instead they shift us to another hotel full of spider and mosquitos

Food very bad and it was dirty and we found small pcs of hairs in the food and the service boys are good only. Otherwise reception and other services are not soo good. Please improve

The hotel room was pathetic, the ambience and other things were of the lowest standards. The most important thing the slippers kept over there of different colours and size.

Hotels staffs are good but they will try to get extra money for services like heater, first they told to pay 500 per day for heater then we bargained with them then only provided free service. Also our check in time was 12:00 and we reached there around 10 am and we had to pay extra 300 for early check in. Then as mentioned facilities like mineral water, dental kit etc was not provided. Then we also had booked room with breakfast, but breakfast was not so good just average. If you dont ask for free services they wont provide and also try charge you extra if you are not questioning about it

In hotel only the reception person way of dealing was good. Rest of the staff services was delayed and not satisfy.

Everything was good just if the dinner and breakfast timing can be a bit more as they provide the meals for 2 hours only. Rest everything was good washroom was clean room was well equipped. Also, the view from balcony was marvellous. Just television was not working. No, all good!

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff are nice.

They charged 1500 for heater and the heater was melted and no power supply maximum time so heater was of no use and they didn't say about the charges of heater and also they didn't provided the room as expected the room was in basement which i was provided.

Quilts and blankets were torn and will rate average in terms of hygiene. Hot water system was not good. We have to wait for 15-20 mins wasting our time and water to bring hot water in the tap.

बहुत ही बढ़िया होटल देखे थे अच्छा टीवी पर जो मैंने सुना था उससे भी ज्यादा बेस्ट मिला मुझे अनिल नाम का वॉलपेपर उसने बहुत अच्छी सर्विस दिया शिमला होटल अतिथि में पोती अच्छी सर्विस थी हां सिर्फ इतना ही थोड़ी ऊंचाई पर है चलने में दिक्कत होती है बहुत ही अच्छे होते हैं इससे कम रेट में इतने अच्छे रूम नहीं मिलेंगे
