Hotel Pine Grove

I booked a room with breakfast but we did not receive breakfast. We managed it.

Need to be more focus on cleaning.,.....

I stayed at Hotel Pine Groove for almost 4 days and I have not experienced this much good services before it in any hotel. It feels like a home. Especially, there is a person named Yash who is brilliant human being and made me explore the whole Manali. Whenever I will visit Manali, I will stay in this hotel only. Thank you so much Yash for your time, support, kindness. A hug from my side.✨️🌻

When we reached at hotel there is no one at the reception,called 4-5 times & there reply was 5 minutes every time ,after Approx 45 minutes when I call back then reply was cancel the booking if you are in hurry.....after all this matter I connect but hotel owner not respond there phone also and assistance say to me that they are not responding so wait for some time........after another 15 minute hotel owner shifted us to there another property it was located Approx 4 km from Mall Road & in the height also .there is no hot water no cable connectivity and in the no light

Hotal was at good location, staff was nice. Only the Blanket was smelly even after getting change. TV setup box was not working properly after multiple setup box changed. Therr was no eletrice cattle in room and water suppying from kitchen was not enough warm. Improvment needed.Rest, staff was good.

R The hotel is located in Old Manali, very close to the Hidimba Temple, which is a big plus. The rooms are okay for the price — I got a front-facing room with a balcony, and the view was quite nice. However, the room service was not up to the mark — slow and unresponsive at times. The hotel staff was polite and helpful, but do note that the rooms are on upper floors and there is no lift, which can be inconvenient, especially if you're carrying luggage or have mobility issues. Overall: It’s a decent option for low-budget travelers who want a good location and can manage with basic facilities. Don’t expect luxury or top-notch service.

The stay was decent. The hospitality was amazing. I asked for an extension in check out time and the staff agreed.

Great place. There is a common balcony with table and chairs and the view of mountains from here is surreal. Hotel staff is really cooperative and we found the service provided to be good. Food is great with reasonable price. I got sick for one day of the trip and the hotel staff did helped me to get the required medicines. Overall, a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who want to stay in Manali in a reasonable price range.

No fan and limited options in breakfast. Room was dirty but toilet was clean. Towels were changed as requested .

The view from the hotel is simply mind-blowing, offering a peaceful retreat with a touch of nature's magic right from your window. What made my stay even more special was the hospitality of the staff. A special shoutout to Satish ji at the reception—such a sweet and humble person! He was always polite, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. His warm nature really added a personal touch to the whole experience. The food served at the hotel was fantastic—flavorful, fresh, and served with great care. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was satisfying and enjoyable. If you're planning to stay in Manali and want a combination of comfort, scenic beauty, and top-notch service, I highly recommend Hotel Pine Grove. Looking forward to staying here again on my next trip! 💚
