It was my 2nd time at this property. The reason I chose it again because of the hospitality and good food they offer. The view from the room is also really good in all the season. One minus point of this property os that it's far from mall road and if you dont have your own vehicle cab service will cost you a lot.

Rooms are clean, but not worthy of the price. Food options are very limited, hardly any snacks. Breakfast buffet to be avoided as very low quality. Watery sambhar, rotten fruit and ultra low quality juices. Also the restaurant staff is not very accommodating. Front desk staff however is good.

Hotel is very good. Beautiful location. Food is perfect. Breakfast was good but some variety can be added. Staff was polite. Value for money if you are able book below 4000. You can extend maximum upto 4500. Better book through online apps, huge difference in tarrif if you try to book directly. Accessibility is a major issue. You need to be a very good driver as there two sharp inclined turns. I recommend that some expert driver from hotel should get your car out from hotel to main road.

Poor Stay

The hotel staff was rude and unhospitable. We checked in at 8. 30 pm and went for a city round and were back at 10. 15 first they denied us buffet food and with some conversation in which mr. was very rude, they served us cold food. Sabzi with no gravy. Dry rice. Mr was pointing finger at us and talking so rudely never seen such wierd staff before.

Pros : staff was polite, rooms were clean, there was no smell, washrooms were nice and clean cons: mall road is far away, the location is hard to reach, there are no views, only proper viewpoint is at the entrance, the amenities mentioned are also not available there is no gym, or game room etc
