Good interior and staff was friendly however, slight issue with the electricity. Voltage was fluctuating frequently. Electrical switch boards/panels can be changed.

Different room was given of lower prices, dirty room, asked to clean but staff didn't clean the dust in room. Location was nice, view was very good. Food was also good. Tv was not working.

There was no senitization before we checked in, there was just no sanitizer or soap provided, in fact it was not a pleasant stay, may be some improvisation os required with more safety awareness

We Spent 3 nights there in Ishaan, Good Location + Staff & Very Clean. Hope Next time I Will Stay Again in hotel ishaan. I recommended you all when you will go to Manali book hotel ishaan to make your vacation tour better.

Overall bad experience

In the planet one of the third rated hotel. Before allotting room they changed for 5 rooms. One room no water, other room no door lock, other room no power, other room bedsheets and floor too dirty. When we exchanged words with manger( Name Sake he is manager but he is street fighter) allotted room, first day itself no power more than 3 hours and last day whole night no power supply. Even we sent mail with pictures to Makemytrip even this company misguided. In future we won't book any booking from Makemytrip.
