Rooms are good and well maintained, hotel staff is polite and helpful. Counter staff Harish is well spoken and knowledgeable. Manager Hemant Kapoor is well aware of procedures and handles things well we had a slight issue with discount which he resolved in 2-3 mins. He had to get in touch with high management for the same.

Amazing Expe
The location of the property is very good. You will get 180 degree view if the Himalayas. Rooms are decent and cost. We stayed in Superior rooms and later upgraded to Luxe Jacuzzi rooms. Kids loves the experience of Jacuzzi and enjoyed a lot. The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. They all took good care of my Family. Food was tasty and very good.

I recently stayed at Nazaara- A luxe retreat and had a pleasant experience. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's restaurant offered a delightful variety of dishes, both local and international, with fresh ingredients and great flavours. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with numerous options to cater to different tastes. The location was also convenient, close to major attractions and public transport. Overall, hotel provided excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and great value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

In room service is very horrible, 1st day we didn’t got sufficient towels for after bath & second day there was no hot water instead we warned 1 days prior at reception fir early check out

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! RUINED OUR VACATION👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Paid 25 k for 2 night stay in a below average stay which as per them was their best room lux retreat .Booked the most expensive rooms for our vacation but had to experience power cuts, smelling jacuzzi, rough beddings, towels and dirty bathrobes, no heating facilities in room, limited amenities & topping it all , worst breakfast buffet ever. Rumbling noises coming from adjacent rooftop bcz of water overflow from tanks. We were unable to rest peacefully. P.S Not worth to stay and ruin ur vacation like we did.
