Hotel Natraj (500 Mtrs from Volvo Bus Stand)

Excellent service, property is very near to Mall Road and bus stand. so it is very convenient to move from the hotel.

Our stay was good at this hotel. The food quality was good in north indian and south indian both we tried. In terms of sweet dishes, the price is a bit high compared to the quantity they give and the taste of dal makhani was average compared to what it should be.

Hotel location is excellent and food served in udupi hotel is very tasty. Overall great stay

Hotel location is good but the food was not good enough and the cost of food very high. The room & is bathroom was filled with unbearable odour. The hotel owner had a pet dog with which was very dangerous and me and my children of frightened because the dog has also bitten some of the visitor same day and also visitor asking to show vaccinated certificate. But they are not showing it. How old we feel they are not caring of the visitor they are only just earning the money. This is my worst experience ever.

Stay at the hotel was awesome. Best location to stay at Manali. loved the river view from the rooms. staff was humble and helpful. Food was delicious . They helped me to book taxi for the trip and the taxi person too was very helpful. Enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Whenever v came manali, we stayed natraj hotel, polite staff behaviour, n food taste was also superb, room was also good, room service aslo good, great location, hotel is situated near beas river, i loved to again visit natraz hotel, i give full 10 stars to this hotel,

Very nice hotel with beautiful mountains and river view. Staff were really nice and polite. Food is osm if u really want to enjoy veg food this hotel is best place to stay. Our 3 days stay was like a family stay thank you for the management

Had an amazing experience at this hotel, booked the river facing room so the view was mesmerizing to say the least. Hospitality at its best, the morning tea was delicious and the same goes for other food from the restaurant downstairs (hotel udupi), also being a pure vegetarian restaurant it will now be a go to option for stay in manali. Mr praveen (at reception) did his best in accommodating us when we requested for room change and rest of the staff was cooperative as well.

We had booked honeymoon suite and there was no water in the bathroom for both days. It was cold and raining outside. Our stay got spoiled

This place is nice and has spacious rooms. It very close to mall road. The hotel provides parking too and is situated on the main road. Food is also tasty.

Room service was poor, food taste was not great, room was not cleaned and the glasses & kettle was not washed. View from the room was good.

The hotel is centrally located 1 km from mall road. The rooms were spacious & clean with a big balcony. We had a valley view room. The view from the balcony was excellent. Snow covered mountains & beas following mystically. The breakfast was good although limited options. However the ala-carte menu was excellent which we ordered for dinner. Overall an excellent stay considering the price!

As i got my wrist fractured and was not able to travel so i did not check in the hotel and missed my silver jubilee anniversary celebrations

The room service was good but the room had leakage from ceiling and washroom also had leakage in wash basin pipe. Otherwise overall experience was good
