We had a great trip to Manali with friends. We stayed at Nazaara Resort, and the service and staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and satisfying. The location of the resort is perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful experience

Rooms are good and well maintained, hotel staff is polite and helpful. Counter staff Harish is well spoken and knowledgeable. Manager Hemant Kapoor is well aware of procedures and handles things well we had a slight issue with discount which he resolved in 2-3 mins. He had to get in touch with high management for the same.

The location of the property is very good. You will get 180 degree view if the Himalayas. Rooms are decent and cost. We stayed in Superior rooms and later upgraded to Luxe Jacuzzi rooms. Kids loves the experience of Jacuzzi and enjoyed a lot. The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. They all took good care of my Family. Food was tasty and very good.
