very bad property. don't book it.

It was really bad to checkout this property. I was at hotel first day and smell, vibes of the property was really bad. I request the hotel manager r to cancel it and refund me half or full amount if possible because I was not using the property or any other services over there. They give me the foolest excuse to remove the dead smell. Then I booked la aero hotel at the front of this property and paid extra money. I will make sure to not book anything or this property by me or my group circle. Thank you for really bad experience

Dont book this hotel very bad smell and congested property

When i entered the hotel, i saw that the hotel room flood area was very bad in smell. There was a very bad smell coming from there. I even talked to the manager and they did not give any solution. Then, i went to the opposite hotel and there we paid extra money and booked another hotel. When i had already paid the money here, i even talked to them that if i get a refund, please do it. They did not support me. Then, i tried to talk to the manager of your company, but your manager also kept the value of your property high and they did not listen to me even one thing, that he would give me a satisfied answer or give me a satisfactory answer. This made me very sad and i feel very bad that your service is bad and whatever hotel you were in is also very bad. Hotel vibes are also very bad.

It was a good experience staying here. Cleanliness was upto the mark. Even the wifi was quite apt. But the breakfast buffet is quite limited.
