I did not have a good experience at this hotel. The entrance is shabby, located on a very narrow, road that leads to the parking area. From there, you have to take an elevator to reach the reception, which is quite inconvenient. The staff appeared inexperienced and spoke very little English, making communication difficult. Despite their polite demeanor, they were not very helpful or efficient. Although the hotel claims that breakfast is available from 8:00 a.m., we found almost nothing in the buffet even at 8:20 a.m. The staff seemed unprepared, and the options were extremely limited. There were also multiple power cuts during our stay, and at one point the power kept flickering on and off repeatedly for several seconds, which was very Finally, there was no hot water available around 8:00 a.m. when we wanted to shower. The staff claimed it was due to inclement weather, but it was only lightly outside — hardly an excuse. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained, poorly managed, and not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel infrastructure was good, but food service was very poor. I stayed for two days in hotel and ordered multiple dishes. Majority of ordered food was found lacking on taste part. I also found gaps in hospitality by staff.

The property was good though the food was on and off sometimes good sometimes not good. Amenities are good, property is maintained.

It was mention online that there is spa on the resort, we rechecked with hotel for spa they said yes but unfortunately There is no spa, rooms weren’t comfortable, there was no AC, hotel confirm that there is spa and AC but none was available, false committment

The property was great. The pool was a bit dirty and had insects in it and no staff around to assist. The pool bathrooms were also dirty. Everything else was great, I had a good experience. The staff was helpful.

Loved staying at this hotel as views from room are amazing and staff is very humble and welcoming. Food at the cafe is very good. Very calm and pleasant atmosphere around the property.

We specifically chose a resort over a hotel, expecting a better and more relaxing experience, but unfortunately, the services fell short of expectations: 1. Swimming Pool: The pool was not clean and therefore unfit for use. It was quite disappointing for a resort stay. 2. Swimwear Requirement: When we asked to use the pool, we were told we needed to purchase a swimming suit. This was never mentioned beforehand and should have been clearly communicated or offered as a complimentary service. 3. Buffet Mismatch: The booking mentioned buffet availability along with the timings. However, when we arrived, we were informed that no buffet service was available. 4. Missing Complimentary Services: No complimentary drinks or breakfast were provided, which contradicts what was advertised. 5. Washroom Issue: The washroom lacked a shower curtain, causing discomfort and water spillage during use. 6. Overpriced Travel Facility: I used the resort's Dzire car service for a short local trip. The car's AC was not working, yet I was charged ₹2,500 for a single destination. This felt unreasonable and overpriced. 7. Basic Milk Charges: While they provided one glass of plain milk free for my 3-year-old boy, they charged ₹95 for an extra glass, which seemed excessive for such a basic need.

It was my 2nd time visiting the property and I really enjoy my stay here and always our first preference to book this resort due to the location, services and the views. Special call out where I was really impressed and relieved that I was able to charge my EV at the property only, it saved me a trip to the charging station and the traffic. Looking forward to my next visit soon ☺️

It just looks gud in pictures, in real the hotel was extremely dirty & unhygenic. The servive was also not too good. Not at all value for money. Even the food was not Gud. Rooms had some sought of smell. Washrooms were really small & seats were broken. Morning breakfast buffet was really bad in taste. All in all I wasted my money & 1 day stay. Not at all recommended.

Very terrible hotel

bhai property main room acha hai lekin jo price hum log pay kar rahe wo justified nahi hai. breakfast is average kyu ki variety bhot limited hai veg main and surprisingly non veg main sirf omlet hai. room are good but yahan old sab kuch. smell bhi old se atte hai room se. staff is very humble and supportive. only thing i like in this resort is the pool there you feel like 5 star while rest is just 3 star or so.

This is the WORST experienced hotel in our 17 years of traveling experience... if you love your hard earned money, then please NEVER visit it... because of the pathetic staff, pathetic food and unhygienic rooms, FALSE BILLING... the food is delivered UNCOVERED... EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC

The location is good,the rooms are also of good size and clean but there was an issue in WiFi as it wasn't working and the staff was very less due to which the services were affected. Also the hotel needs to change its Menu or at least increase the variety. Especially at Lunch time the tandoor was not in use. There should be Fans in the Restaurant and the Reception area as due weather conditions in the month of June it's very difficult to sit in the restaurant. I hope the management will consider my suggestion and improve the issues.

The staff was very helpful and effective. Overall, everything was good! The food was delicious too!

The resort was very well Maintained and the staff was fully cooperative, i like that the hygienic condition was very well Maintained. Overall it was an good experience.
