Excellent Stay
There are few things that one needed while booking a stay, specially when traveling with family and Woodrock ticks ✅ all the things I was looking for that’s the reason I went with this boutique hotel. I am beginning with my arrival, the hotel arranged a pickup for us from the bus stop at very reasonable rate. They offered us complementary drink as well as early check-in which we needed the most after a long night travel, the food was amazing. The variety of food this hotel offers is simply blew my mind. The staff of the hotel is super cooperative and humble always eager to help even late nights. They also offer late night meals, they have a separate menu for people like us who like to party at night. The best part about the staff was they keep on asking about the quality of service and food and also if anything is not okay. One night we brought food from outside, it was quite cold by the time we reach our room, I called the kitchen and ask if they can heat the food and they said yes, within 5 mins they brought the food for us in presentable way, I was super impressed with this incident. The complimentary breakfast menu is also good. I love staying here, for sure I will suggest more people to choose this stay. Definitely coming here again. 5 stars 🌟

Wonderful stay at wood rock. Property is very well maintained location is awesome facing the mountain with flowers and green all around. Staff was very supportive. Food is awesome .. Breakfast spread is very nice

Excellent Stay
Had a good stay, the breakfast was really great - specially for the kids, though the rooms are smallish they are comfortable. The location is decent as well, you can walk down to the mall road and they have ample of parking.

unsafe and unfriendly propert
i saw a snake there roaming freely, i travelled with my kids and faced pathetic services , they even charged for my 5 year old son without extra bedding, which was shocking, they have a lawn where kids cant play as hotel staff says their plants will get hurt, the hotel staff is extremely rude. the hotel Location is not what u see on the internet, the road to the hotel is very narrow and the hotel is deep inside due to which we cant go walking. Never coming again.

Terrible Stay

the room.they provided was noisy quality of room was so poor they said 4 year old looks 20 year old location was ok staff and food was also ok lift hopeless

The hotel location is good, with ample parking space. The staff was helpful and took good care. However the food variety and taste needs improvement in reference to complimentary breakfast.

Pleasant stay at manali
We had a wonderful stay at Wood rock manali. and we appreciate the exceptional service . Wood rock is a great place to stay. If we talk about experience so it was awesome from check in -check out . The staff was so helpful specially in housekeeping Pinku & Sanjana very energetic guy made our stay more comfortable . We'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommend.

Good Stay
Every thing was good but they are not providing dormitory stay for cab driver & the location of the hotel is not on main road, in peak season the cab even can not enter into the lane of the hotel.
