Review Of Aloka resort, Manali (Luxury in the Heart of Himalayas)

Room booked as per photo was different from what i was given as that was basic room. Hotel is correct and despite of number pf follow up, I suffered this time and now giving me so called vouchers. Sorry i wont rebook again through.

Worst experience ever. There should be an inquiry into how this hotel really operates. Inefficient staff, the so called care taker Stan is the rudest and most inconsiderate person I have come across in the hospitality sector.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was amazing and the view from the room was breathtaking. The food at the hotel was great especially the chicken fried rice. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The only problem we had was with the wifi. The wifi was so slow we couldn’t use it. All in all our stay at aloka really enhanced our entire trip experience and we would love to go back there. Please keep up this level of maintenance because it sets this hotel apart from the rest

The room was spacious with a stunning view, the balcony was also good, no issue in the service. But we were given a very limited food option only chinese food was available for 3 straight days. This was a little mood off. But the staff was very polite and cooperative. They were too good.

I booked alok suite with jacuzzi for two nights with breakfast and dinner. The room was great. Jacuzzi was also amazing. Only thing i didn’t like was that they don’t provide buffet in breakfast and dinner. Only one options (one veg one non-veg) in menu. They should improve on this. And one more thing location is very good it is just 200 mts from main road towards vashisht.

The location had an amazing snowcapped mountains & river view with good quality food served and the hospitality is also 10/10 and the rooms were fully cleaned. Enjoyed the stay.❤️

We had an amazing 4 days' stay at alok resort manali. The hotel is located at a very peaceful place not far from the mall road. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was absolutely clean and spacious. The overall decor of the resort is very elegant. The view from the hotel room was simply awesome. The food was delicious. Overall a very happy experience.

This place has got one if the best views of manali and the hotel room is very clean with an amazing friendly service.

the hotel vibe and location is awesome but hospitality needs to be improve. Try to provide more options in buffet 😋 as it is not there in breakfast.
