beautiful location, better than I anticipated with waterfall view balconyand distant snow covered Himalayan peaks could be seen. Cleanliness perfect Very courteous Staff Delicious food Very calm and at the same time not Very far from the Mall road.

like the stay staff is very cooperative they also pack food for us when we're stuck in heavy traffic food is good 3-4 varieties served by the hotel staff room was clean and hygienic view is good also

they have limited options for breakfast and dinner. there is no lift. it is in old manali and you will find traffic at the club house bridge

As per my booking, the view of the room was valley and jogini waterfall view , however on first day i was not given that room. the room was changed next day the hotel is good, neat and clean and the food is also very good

The hotel is in a good location. Rooms are spacious and maintained. You can easily reach by the car. Parking is there. Food is average and needs improvement.

Room was clean and esthetic, balcony was bigger than usual. Food average, no buffet in breakfast due to low occupancy. Location is convenient.

It was really Amazing experience with family specially location was peaceful and quite only issue with transport if you love to walk then can go else with your own car prefer or taxi rest food was serve according to our choice is nice and staff not professional but familiar and cleanliness is good

Our stay at the hotel was serene. The location was so pleasant and relaxing, yes it was 4-5 km from the bus stop and around 2. 5-3 km from mall road which was a bit exhausting. But, after reaching the hotel room our tiredness went away. The view of the snow capped mountains and waterfall from the mountain took away all our tiredness. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. Food was also good. Negatives : for cleanliness of the bathroom i will give 8/10. The electric kettle provided in the room was not clean. If you want a very comfortable and relaxing stay with views of the snow capped mountain and waterfall. Go for this hotel. You won't regret it.

I have been staying at tranquil inn from last 7 years but this time the kind of experience that i had was pathetic. We booked the rooms and within 1 hour we received a call from them that the rooms available are of ground floor, we were fine with it as we thought the condition would be exactly the same as the rooms above but when we entered the rooms we were disgusted by the unhygienic washrooms, unwashed quilts, dust all over the rooms, walls of the room had hand prints, the bedsheet had stains. We had to spent two nights in that room as neither mm t nor the hotel helped us. Even before reaching we gave them a food order on time but to our surprise we got a call that sorry we have got a lot of orders and your order is cancelled. My journey of 7 years at tranquil in ends here. One experience was enough to forget all the better days i have spent in this property in the past

They didn’t had heating facility in the room & the rooms were so cold, they had no milk powder even after requesting they didn’t give it, no napkins etc. They had nothing to order whenever you request something to eat they will say ‘the kitchen is closed’ so we had to go outside to eat or bring food in. We regret staying here because even after complaining about the cold rooms, they literally told us that they will charge ₹600 extra for giving us the blower. Earlier they had blower in the rooms but now they are charging extra which doesn’t make any sense because it was hotel’s responsibility to provide us with a warm and comfortable stay especially in the winters. Staying here felt like pure torture. I just can’t believe how we survived 2 nights in their hotel.

Awesome stay and polite behaviour of staff. It is a very nice location as the hotel is located in a peaceful area. My room had a balcony and the waterfall was visible from there. I loved the room and loved the view. Breakfast and food were very good.

It was very excellent stay at tranquil in manali. Family room was fantastic and we enjoyed the property. Specially balcony water fall and mountain view. We recommend this property to everyone. Also one thing chicken sausage was there in breakfast that was surprising.

Overpriced f&b menu and parking issues. Location is good, however, roads are in bad condition (dated 18 june.

Staff don't care about the guests. They didn't even give fresh towels and soap, even if you call the reception they will just ignore you. Property is too far from volvo bus stand manali and taxi and auto driver are not interested in dropping u there.

Room is good. Hotel location is nature friendly. There is no lift in the hotel & resturent is on 4th floor. Food is also not good & hygiene. Room service is so delay.

Hotel location is very bad which location is also wrong. If you are having your own vehicle so you can re-ac there otherwise it is. 5%of your hotel cost in traveling hotel to centre. Anemities is zero they gives only room they don't have good restaurants good vibes doesn't comes from hotel. In life first time i thought multiple time to check out the hotel. They don't have any single room for early check in. They are very bad in hospitality they doesn't listen after a call as well
