The location location of the hotel was excellent with a very beautiful unobstructed picturesque of mountain ranges. The room was very decorative, nicely arranged with a private balcony for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the nature. The food was very tasty, savory and delicious. I will come again and again for their moth-watering tasty and zesty food to have near pool in their beautiful garden with bonfire and arrangements of games for kids as well as for adults. The behaviour of the staffs and room service was superb. I will give 10 out of 10 for their courtious, politeness and good behaviour. The mall road is 2.5 km from hotel and you can get an auto from Hidimba Temple with a walkable distance. You can also get a bike or scooty on hire for local sightseeing and the scooty booking counter is opposite to the hotel. Finally thank you very much for a wonderful, enjoyable and a very relaxing stay at your hotel

Nice ambience and staff were very polite . My kid really enjoyed the swimming pool and the recreation areas. We took two meal from these place. Proper hygiene and food was too tasty but yes food is little expensive so we preffered taking most of our meal outside.Overall.it had been a good experience staying at this hotel. Very safe,Hygiene,polite staff and good open recreation area make it a right choice. And offcourse lastly it is a nice isolated and silent place on top of the hill

the hotel is at the perfect location with a incredible view of the snow capped mountains from the gallery. the Barbosa room is same as on the website. the service is 10/10. Good food not over priced and room service is 6/10 coz the floor was not mopped.

pros : view is very good , food is good , service is very good, room size is good , balcony is there , staff is helpful cons : approach road as usual is difficult and narrow, housekeeping is good but needs improvement, food is good but rotis, paranthas are all maida. overall i would rate very good stay ..

Food Was not Good and it is costly too. They do not have a nominal rates for drivers too. However, hotel room and service was fine but this hotel is overcostly in terms of services provided.

Perfect way to unwind

What a peaceful and refreshing stay! clean rooms, polite staff, yummy food, and a great view from the balcony. In the evening, sitting around the bonfire with music and hot soup was just the perfect way to relax.

Such a warm and welcoming place! from the room to the restaurant to the outdoor sitting area, everything was well designed. We spent our evenings by the bonfire with other guests and had some amazing conversations under the stars.

Came here with cousins for a short getaway. The vibe of the resort is so chill, we didn’t want to leave. From the early morning tea with a view to night-time bonfires with songs and laughs, everything was just perfect.
