My stay at Forest View Retreat Hotel was a complete nightmare. The washroom was dirty and smelled bad constantly – clearly not cleaned properly. One of the windows had no curtain, and even after calling many times, the staff didn’t bother to fix it. Totally unprofessional. Most of the food items listed on the menu were unavailable, which was very frustrating. On top of that, there were electricity cuts the whole day and even at night, with no generator or backup provided. We were left in the dark and heat for hours. The service is extremely slow and poor. It felt like the staff had no interest in helping the guests. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. Not worth the money, time, or energy. One of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

It was a fantastic experience with Forest View Retreat. Nice room with proper cleanliness, most importantly got excellent reception from Mr. Arun whenever needed, he was very cooperative all the time. And the surrounding scenery was fabulous! Oho!!
