Several years back I stayed in this hotel for long time. Of course things are changed a lot now. I like the cleanliness and hygiene they offered in hotel, I also found packets of oats and juice in cabinet (that I not used). However unlikely those days in past, the hotel surroundings and staff attitude is changed. Nobody in hotel cares or follows up with you. Every staff look tired/lazy, has lost interest. They just want to get away with it no one greets you or even smile at you unless you talk to them. Lot of small hotels are constructed around this hotel. My balcony was facing the toilet windows of other hotels. There is no confirmation call from staff, whether we are coming or not. The staff can be found sitting at reception like statues with no interaction or care for customers. When you call for room service, you never hear any greeting before conversation. Their restaurant is flooded with foreign tourist, so when you order something you want, they would refuse saying that kitchen is busy. Not good for late risers in mornings, curtains wont block the sunlight (very low quality), thus disturbing the sleep of people who slept late. Considering the room charge, they should offer better bedding size/mattress. The beds are very small with thin jute mattress. Balcony railings are very weak not safe for kids or adults, any heavy weight person can fall if leans to it. Good points Old Manali market and restaurants are quickly accessible. There is a german bakery next to hotel. You get to see snow cladded mountains from their balcony. The one with corner room wins. Thanks to hotel staff who agreed to provide us corner room after argument, as our booking was 1 month prior. Highly clean rooms and special attention to clean blankets and quills which are win win! Please take above feedback in positive way as a scope of improvement, hotel is still good and sometimes listen to customer needs, the reason I have given average. You can eliminate the negative points by paying better attention to infrastructure and customer service.

Nice stay would refer to other friends

Parking is available but is not enough in case hotel is completely occupied. You can found Israeli people all around in area. Will face problem if you are vegetarian. It is value for money.

A good short term stay for families. The staff are courteous and helpful. The food is specifically targeted for foreigners and the Indian cuisine is much limited. Digital payments for food is a disaster and you need to pay in cash. You need to pay for renting room heater on a per day basis, which does not make sense, as it is in a cold climate geography and heating should be a standard facility.

It was a great experience staying at this place. The room service is great, and the working staff is very polite and helpful. Good quality food. A very nice and beautiful place to be staying in.

It was a good experience though its not worth the value charged there, no facilities were there and also the food of the Restro was not good enough although the rooms were good, blankets and all were provided. Located near best cafes but also a good service team. Although our trip was quite good there hope you will too enjoy the stay there
