It's the best hotel in Manali. We loved our experience. Staff is good. Rooms are clean. And environment is also fabulous. We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. The staff was very humble and helpful. Property was very clean and well maintained with all the amenities and wash rooms are very clean with all time hot water running. Did not face a single problem, nice hospitality.

The overall experience was really nice. The staff was soft spoken and well mannered. Food was good. If i have to suggest something, then it would be the availability of a well equipped waiting lounge.

The hotel didnt stand up to the name of DLS, THE ROOMS COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER... THOUGH I BOOKED A FAMILY SUIT.. U DONT GET ORDER ON TIME COZ THE KITCHEN TEAM BLUNTLY SAY WE BUSY COOKING BUFFET.. SORRY UR ORDER CANNOT BE ENTERTAINED. USELESS SERVICE. THE SHOWER GEL WAS EMPTY ... I TOLD THEM TO REFIL.. THEY HANDED A SAMPLE OF SHOWER GEL AND SHAMPOO AND THAT TOO ONE EACH AND WE WERE 4 MEMBERS. THE RECEPTION WAS USELSS. WE WANTED TO EXTEND.. THEY CONFUSED US AND WE WERE ABOUT TO PAY THE CANCELATION FEE WHICH WAS NOT REFUNDABLE.. THANK GOD WE SPOKE THE MANAGER... KNOWING THEY GOOFED UP... NO REMORSE.. NO DISCOUNT... PLEASE THEY USELESS... I SUGGEST SNOW VALLEY RESORT JUST BESIDE IT... EXCELLENT SERVICE.. SUNNY DEOL STAYS HERE.

Property location was good... but the service of hotel is very bad... and timing of there breakfast and dinner buffet is also akward and very late they serve breakfast not before 8.30 am which is to late... and also the behaviour of staff is not up to mark.... and also they dont provide mineral water bottle in room and charge extra money for bottle... cleaning is also not up to mark for an brand like DLs hotels I daily found some insects in stairs in rooms washroom... etc and there is no place for kids to play or do some activity..

Good property. Now Manali is hot during summer, so AC rooms should be the options. Rest things are good.
