location was fine nearby to mall road, food was very unhygienic even after having breakfast on one day I got sick nd never consume it after that day fr my whole stay amenities was gud bt our tv was nt working nd hotel staff asked us to use ur own wifi to watch the tv their recharge was expire even after asking two three times they were saying company can't make it u can use ur own wifi if u want to watch it as their wifi was nt connecting it was little disappointing. service was also ok .

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is located in the centre of the city, just walking distance from the mall road. Property is very well maintained, rooms and washrooms are very clean. Staff at the reception is very helpful. Keep up the good work!

Awesome Stay, Great Location, Clean Washrooms and Excellent Mountain View

Stay was awesome with good balcony view and clean room. Washrooms were also very clean. But Food at the restaurant was decent, you can get by but do not expect too good feel. Hotel location is prime near Mall road walking distance it was very convenient to us.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Mall Road, making it easy to explore the area. However, despite booking a costly room, I was not provided with the mountain-view room as shown in the pictures due to availability issues. Amenities: The basic washroom amenities like soap and a dental kit were missing, which was quite disappointing. Food: The breakfast was good, which was one of the few positive aspects of my stay. Service: The check-in process was poorly managed, and I had to wait a long time for my room. The welcome hospitality was lacking, which set a negative tone from the beginning. Overall, while the location and breakfast were good, the lack of promised views, missing amenities, and inefficient service made the stay less enjoyable. Considering the price paid, I expected better service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. Here are a few highlights from our experience: 1. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful, especially Mr. Nikhil, he is a great guy, and do have an exceptional skill in taking care of guests. As well thanks to Mr. Param for assisting us on an early check-in. 2. The rooms were spotless, spacious, had a great ambiance, and were well-maintained. Moreover, the entire hotel was decorated with stunning paintings, adding to its charm and creating a delightful atmosphere. 3. The deluxe room balconies offered breathtaking views—on one side, a stunning pine tree landscape, and on the other, majestic snow-covered mountains. Waking up to this view felt like being in paradise. 4. The breakfast was excellent, with good options available each day. 5. The hotel's location is very convenient—just a short 5–10 minute walk to Mall Road, with great connectivity.
