Muddy road and no hot water

View from room is good but car parking is the biggest challenge due to height and muddy road. Room heater is chargeable at Rs. 500 per night. Hot water is available from 7 am to 9 am. Most of the time hot water is not available. So much cost cutting... Not recommended for pure veg families.

Worst experience | Horrible Management

I stayed in this property on 27th Dec and unfortunately I have to say this was my worst experience so far. Food was horrible, staff was untrained, location was not at all approachable, management of this property was rude, they are also charging for heater where the temp is was minus 3 degrees, when I spoke to hotel owner about this he was not at all helpful and was interested to talk. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

Dear Mr. Ankur, thank you for staying with us and for your kind review and recommendation.Sir when you checked in at the hotel that time you asked for a room heater At that time our receptionist told you it was on additional charges that time you were shouting our member why i pay extra for room heater i already paid.He clearly told you its already mentioned in your booking voucher heater on additional charges because the room price we are giving you without room heater cost and you are not a one guest on our hotel our property was totally sold out on that dates and all rooms taked the room heater.they didn't told us like that and food complaint only you gave us all guest having the same buffet dinner and breakfast but they give us feedback food is awesome you can check review on our page the same date when you are in the hotel they also give us feedback. we know you want the room heater on free of cost but we can't give that to you that's by you give us a negative review if we give you heater free of cost then you are happy but we didn't gave you because you are not only our guest we have lots of guest and also we have our repeated client we charge for them also so how we gave you heater free of cost. Excellent hotel to stay in manali.

The hotel has well designed rooms and has a very cosy view from the big window and balcony. The staffs are well trained and very well mannered. The room service is of 5 star quality. Overall experience is 10 on 10.
