I had a horrifying experience with these guys on 10th Apr'25. And these guys were still sleeping till 11.45pm now, approx 6.5hrs after checkin.
Dear Team #Sarovarportico, I checked into your Manali Hotel, Nature Villas Sarovar Portico, room# 301 on 10th Apr'25 at around 4.30pm. Since then I have been complaining that the hotel has refused to serve food, refused to provide hand towels and there is noise from the adjacent room to an extent that we were Abel to hear every bit of the adjacent room's family's private conversations. That was too embarrassing. You guys have actually spoiled my vacation and the hotel manager is not even updated about the issues, even after 3 calls to the reception and 1.5 hour wait. The hotel manager does not have any control of the staff. Despite highlighting the issue to him at around 6pm, it has fallen on deaf ears and we still dont have hand towels in the room @ 11.45pm.
I called your customer care twice but only have a standard reply that they will check n call back in 10mins which is a never ending wait, yet!!!
