I am seven star google guide , seen so many places in world, the breakfast menu had one chole bhature,poha,boiled egg and readymade tea ! That's all , I have never seen such a budget menu in this class of hotels!

Property location food very good. Receptionist behave very bad not corporation.

The stay was good, hotel was clean and the service was very fast and prompt. Food taste was excellent though on a little expensive side. Overall the hotel stay was good. A suggestion would be to provide room heater complimentary as we are on a hill station

I stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel is good but not according to they are charging amount. No spa facility. No swimming pool facility. Although food was good and staff was also cooperative. I booked through make mytrip so payment was already paid. So they were not so serious for their services. Wifi was not working even. Room was clean but not according to luxury room. So you can call it good hotel instead of resort. Note- staff was very helpful.

Good staff, everything was fine except dinner or breakfast was much costly. Service were good. Free cancellation facility should be available.

Staff behaviour was not good, food is unhygienic, and room is not clean properly. They talk very rudely with us.

I booked this hotel for my honeymoon trip and paid for a luxury experience, however staff was unprofessional and service was pathetic. They made us wait for almost an hour for pick up. The room though was said to be deluxe had no view from it's window and said they had same view in all of their rooms. The rooms were average. Half of the items in menu were not available and what i ordered tasted so bad. I even called them to complain about the quality of food. And what their response was to add salt on the food. Absolutely pathetic and worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. I was planning to extend my stay to few days but left the very next day. They don't even have basic facility to pick and drop. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Reconsider.

It’s amazing hotel and staff is courteous. Good amenities are available and food is good. Place is near to manali and has immediate access to main highway.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I enjoyed my stay 🙂

Good and spacious resort and very nice behaved staff. Food was average with repetitive. Hot water not available most of the days among 4nights. Overall good resort, but need improvements in above areas.

The resort location is great and the view is fantastic. We stayed for 3 nights. The staff was quite courteous and helpful. They also have driver accommodations at the back which is also convenient since most tourists have a driver with them. Food wasnt great, very basic, breakfast spread was just ok. Resort does not have heaters in the rooms or for that matter any central heating solution which is required in a place like manali as it gets very cold. Even in the month of may the temperatures were falling to 6-7 degrees at night. Hot water for shower was also a hit n miss. They need to improve on this.

Hotel gives you little bit view of manali and about 2 kilometres from mall road manali.

Location was good and food is also very tasty and on time service well responsible staff. And management was excellent.

It's a good resort, rooms are spacious, premium rooms have balcony with Valley view, you can easily see Glacier around. only cons are, restaurant attached is quite costly and the service guys have lack of experience and a bit attitude issue. you need to pay extra ₹400 for room heater.
