The hotel has good quality furniture. Breakfast is too good.

Do book honeymoon suite with mountain view. This room has the most scene view. Not all the rooms have views.

Nice cosy hotel, not very far from mall road and other attractions. Breakfast was decent. One good point worth highlighting is that they provide food and blanket to drivers which is a good initiative. Overall good experience with family.

The room we booked on showed it had a view of a hill mountain. On our arrival at the hotel, they tell us that they had asked to update that premium rooms do not have a view, however on complaining the manager gave us a room at their 2nd property by the name snow-creek which was amazing. They gave us 4 nights there and asked us to adjust for the last night. The room provided on the last day had a terrible smell of urin in the washroom and the room adjacent to it. We asked them to clean it properly and even after cleaning the stink continued. They gave us an explanation that the room is in continuous use no matter how many times they clean it the smell will stay. The hassle of hopping from one place to another and back and illogical explanation of the stink was a disappointment. Only their efforts to put us up at their newer property saved our stay at manali.

Water supply improper,hot water was not available in the morning.in restaurant food service is very poor. staff shortage.

Heater was missing in the room when I asked they mentioned that it’s available on adhoc basis (extra payable basis) and they also mentioned that it’s a routine across all hotels. To come out of that routine, they need to think like what difference that they can make so that people come again. Property is slightly far from crowded market so it’s good for one of the reason and bad as well😊

Property location - fabulous Mountain and riverside view. Food - tasty and well prepared foods . Hygiene was good 👍🏻 & safety standardisation was fully secured and comfortable. Finally a great stay with satisfying environment and friendly service staffs.
