Review Of Regenta Place Green Leaf Manali - A Centrally Heated Resort

The property is not upto the mark. They dont have suffiecient staff for the provide services as expected by the customer even the staff is not professional as expected from Regenta a Brand. I requested for rectify the TV repair but till the date i had left the property it was not rectified. The basic kits like dental, comb , shaving kit was not provided. When asked by us then they had provided, Parking facility is not proper.

"I'm disappointed with the property. The rooms don't match the pictures on MakeMyTrip, and the amenities are lacking. Specifically: - Ventilation is poor - Slippers aren't provided - No saving kit is available Additionally, the kitchen doesn't start serving breakfast until after 8:00 AM, which is inconvenient. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes necessary improvements."

i booked for one day room ie appox 12000 rs per day but facility is not so good at this price in my opinion price would be not more then 5000 rs per day too high price for this hotel

Location and properly ambience was great. Room is spacious, clean and with all basic amenities. All are working good. Great place to stay with family

Beautiful property to stay , stream flowing almost from the backyard of property. Ultimate ambience , delicious food neat and clean rooms.Staff was very polite and was always on toes to serve you. The staff in restaurant was so cooperate that they were ready to customise your dish according to your desire.The owner was also on his toes to suprwise and check weather the guests were getting the best treatment. Five stars from my side in every field.

This hotel not deserved name of Regenta brand. Entrance not good,Car parking not good, breakfast not good, service not good

The restaurant is not at all centrally heater. Bolnne pe bhi heater on nhi hota. Koi extra thing other than the menu available he nhi hoti. There were hardly any bookings in the hotel there was no buffet during breakfast and dinner and wait time is 30-40 mins for table service. Even the cutlery is not premium and is plastic made. Overall doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel

The hotel is 4 star & I had booked 3 delux rooms, & I had booked it for 4 days it’s not even worth 2.5k, no standard SOPs are maintained, I hv taken some pics pl. check it these are shocking

Although the location is not easily accessible, the hotel was welcoming inside. The room waa spacious enough but did not have a cupboard! overall the abieince was quiet. Toilet and toiletries was decent. The highlight was their restaurant, that was worth mentioning. One one side was the snow capped mountains, the music was soothing. The breakfast spread was simple and fresh. And the staff were very warm and friendly, worth mentioning again. Overall if its only for a night's stay, it's good enough.

No service provide by hotel. And also no amenities like towell soap and also no provide drinking water also. They have not provide any facilities about hotel

We had an amazing time at regenta place green leaf manali when we got there, the people were really friendly. Our room was really clean and nice. We liked the little touches, like the welcome note and the pretty flowers in the room. The best part was the yummy different foods, and the coffee was really good too! but what we liked most was how nice the staff were. They helped us with everything, like telling us about fun things to do nearby and arranging rides for us. Overall, we had a really awesome and we left feeling happy and relaxed. We totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and cozy stay. Big thanks to everyone there for making our trip special!

It was a great pleasure to stay at the regenta manali. Everything was amazing including the food, ambience, room etc. The staff was too cooperative and helping. In short it was a marvelous and worth it stay at manali!

The location of the hotel was good. Ov the whole the stay was pleasant. Some amenities could be improved, for example the bath area was not properly covered causing water to spread across the bathroom which could be a hazard
