Food was absolutely delicious, having food with the view of Mall road was fantastic. Room and washroom was neat and clean. And the property is located at prime location, mall road is at door step. Few steps to Taxi stand and HRTC bus stand.

perfect location with good view of mall road manali and banvihar,room is also very very good specially the balcony,fully satisfied.

Location is good,ROOM service is not good for example water supplied with open jug.After query they replied it is our service.Even the room was vacant but they insists to check out the room in the raining condition after 10am even polite request.That should not expect as a guest who have started 4 night

Location wise it's excellent just infront of the manali mall. Coming to the cleanliness of the room I will like to give less than 2 Star Restaurant was closed during our stay so no idea about the food Balcony room has a very good view of the mall road Staffs were nice and helpful Overall it deserves 3 Star

Located right on the crowded, noisy Mall road, this hotel is in a run down state. Go for it if you are fine with broken wardrobe, chipped floor, cracked ceiling, stained bedding, a TV with only 1 channel working and view of the neighbouring house brick wall.

Washroom water was coming out to the room. Too much water on floor. Breakfast was okeyish. Rooms need maintenance. A bit dirty.

We have stayed for short time but it was remarkable. ...we enjoyed a lot during stay..best is the view from the rooms of the scenic beauty.we have not taken the food but amenities and services was awesome. Please provide room heater for the room who is having kids and old person.

Hot water supply in winter and Electricity Problem was there. Hotel should these basic needs as these are very important

Location wise best stay. Staff should pay attention to the Washroom's heigine. Stay was good. Near the Mall road, you can chill and enjoy the night life.

Hotel location is exlent. The staff service is very good and cooperative. One suggestion when we opted breakfast hotel should paste poster of timings of breakfast at reception atleast. We miss breakfast one day because we are late by 1 hour because we don't know about timing when we request there is no response from hotel they told us order fresh and pay amount even we pay for breakfast this is bad experience which we face rest is fine.

This time the rooms are untidy. Breakfast was the worst.

BREAKFAST WAS THE WORST AND ROOM WAS CHANGED 2 TIMES DELUX ROOMS ARE SO CONGESTED. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE.
