Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing stay. Room was missing basic amenities like towels, in house order menu, water bottles. It was a job to connect to house keeping and room service as they would never pick up the phone and ones last resort was calling the reception which would sometimes won’t answer the phone in first try. We were even given a torn towel and the bathroom skirting would come off making it impossible to close the order. Despite the three days stay the only positive experience was the dinner and morning breakfast in the 24 hours before checkout.

Absolutely amazing location, delicious veg food, attractive amenities and superb services. Staff is too good very humble and polite. Always ready to cater your needs. Gen. Manager Mr. Prateek along with his team, namely Teena, Anjali, pankaj, Shefali, Monika and Vanshika took good care of us. Really happy.

Anand vardhan resort is in picture square location amid-st gigantic mountain ranges btwn kullu and manali. When it snows here. It's heaven on earth. Food is excellent and a boon for pure vegetarians. Great for family with kids.

totally wastage of money, the room pictures shows us and actual one are very different and also food was very limited like only 2 or 3 options in entire 4 days of stay. stay was very uncomfortable, hotel beds and blankets are very dirty. also, they are very much unfair about there services and hence i won’t recommend this hotelto anyone

Highly recommended for vegetarians

It's an excellent hotel with a good location and good connectivity. Two good things during our stay, which i can vouch for, are the wifi and the quality of the veg food. The entire staff, especially manager shri rajiv diwan, were very cordial and cooperative. The shiva temple is also a treat to visit within the hotel campus. We really enjoyed the morning and evening walks in the neighborhood.
