Rivergrand in Manal
Location is on road and easy access , approx 2.5 km before volvo bus stand. In front of hotel river Beas flowing- can hear river sounds all the time if windows are kept open. service is excellent and food is awesome - among the best in manali and reasonable room and food charges

Not good as per tariff rooms are small and dirty washrooms also dirty
Rooms are not as they upload pictures too worst experience washrooms dirty . We booked total 6 rooms ( 4 CHANCELLOR AND 2 DUKE SUITE ) but in chancellor rooms in half room roof are there so hight reduced

The river grand experience.
The hotel is right on the Manali highway next to the river front as prime property. However the hotel is quite old from inside in terms of the furniture and the furnishing. The most lacking part is the service below par. The restaurant was not operational in the night, but preparing for large touring group. The breakfast started quite late in the morning and not matching with the standard of the booking done.

This room service is so delay and not a good for nature type it’s on road Is room service, lower lower side and not a comfortable place for Manali space

property is good, neat and clean, big size rooms with nice bed with mattress, main road property ample parking space, 3 km from mall road, very good View of river and mountain, play area for kid's, if you have own vehicle this can be 1st choice we stay here on 19 may to 22 may 2025 three days

As per my view . Hotel is good . need clean. staff was very good and polite . spacial.Mr Rahul .he is very good person . I just feel something wrong in management.during Dinner. I was alredy book .night dinner in a buffet.but both days . they doesn't allow me to Enjoy buffet. but they deliver food in my room. why I don't know . some person says . buffet foor for other group/person. and this type comnication.i don't like . so if we avoide buffet than everythis was. ok. but. I don't understand.why hotel staff . avoide us to buffet. Thank you Mr.Rahul who is delivery our food .1 time dinner .1 time Breakfast in Room.
