All good nice rooms and view weather neat and clean

No tv working on the name of smart tv internet tv also not working not a single day could watch tv. Heater not working kept whole day off. Baki all ok n it’s not river facing

We booked premium room with balcony and jacuzzi, view was great and staff is very friendly and great hospitality, food was amazing. Overall worth the price and i totally recommend.

We lost our phone and all up i transactions got blocked. We asked hotel people to clear our accounts via card. They denied using card.

Service is bad, very poor service. Location is ok restaurant staff is soo short. No order ready in time

This is very nice selection of make my trip. Great service and food quality is awesome. The people are cooperative and rooms are awesome with balcony facing toward river. Highly recommended to all coming to manali.
