comfortable stay
It was a very comfortable stay, staff is very friendly, food is delicious, they got the best chef. best valley view from my room, all the rooms are positioned in such a manner that good valley view is available.

Overall good , but can work on cleanliness in balcony and room. Breakfast is average can be improved

Not a 4 star hotel. It’s like a 2.5 star hotel.
This hotel has three main issues - 1) Rooms had foul / moldy smell. 2) Toilet had foul order, 3) the access road to the hotel was terrible. Only a professional drive drive the car. Staff was polite and food quality was good.

I stayed here 3 nights and the experience was awesome.Location was good and the food was very tasty.They served variety of food every day.The staff was good and cooperative. My both kids enjoyed a lot here .In short it was a good experience to staying here.

Good Stay
The rooms, location and food are all very good. The only issue I observed was the approach road (even thought its just 50-100 meters) to the hotel which was very narrow especially if you are driving an SUV. The view from the rooms and the food was 5 star. Would visit again for sure.

The hotel was great. It was very hygienic and the staff was very good and very courteous. The location of the hotel was also good. We would surely revisit again.

This hotel has a great hospitality, and the lovely view . They gave us free upgrade to the duplex room which was just cherry on top . And the food what more to say so good no excess oil . Just perfect food . Furthermore the view perfect for photography.

fantastic view, clean, and good hospitality.
The pathway to the hotel is tricky if you opt for self drive. GPS would surely misguide. Make sure to divert post Manali Mall Road. Location is stunning for this category of hotel. Food is also quite decent. Can easily opt for dinner/lunch as well. We opted for a premier room- it has a decent balcony too. Can’t expect more in terms of amenities as compared to other 4+ star hotels. Hence the rating is 4. However, what took my heart away is how they have maintained, cleanliness is at par, and beyond my expectations for this league of property. Services are also great. Allow them decent time considering we are not in the plains, and they shall be deliver wholeheartedly.
