I stayed for three nights, the room layout is very old, this is not a 4-star hotel, the bed of the hotel is very short, a 1.8 meter tall person lays down and runs to the bed, and why are there no toiletries, no air conditioner, and no clothes rack, such a cold weather in Manali, how can it be that no air conditioner is provided? If it's not a female member, it's very kind. We stayed in 3 night. The room fit-out were very old. This is definitely not a four-star hotel. The bed was so short that a person 1.8 meters tall would have their feet hanging off the end. Furthermore, there were almost no toiletries provided, no hairdryer, and no hangers. How is it possible that a hairdryer isn't provided in such cold Manali weather? If it weren't for the incredibly patient and friendly service of a lady staff member during my stay, I'm sorry to say I would have given this place a one-star rating only.

Rooms was neat and clean but little tidy but service was good. Need to add some more options in breakfast. Overall stay was comfortable

If location doesn't matter too much then the hotel is superb. Neat and clean specious room. Staff are very good and polite. It's around 1. 3 km from meal road.

Hotel is overall ok but little maintenance is required. Wifi was not working. Parking is not that good.

Hotel poor service

Room is good but hotel service is very poor service. Hotel staff give me tap water instead of mineral sealed bottle. When i asked to manager he told me that water is not complementary you have to pay for water. Because of that tap water me and my wife got sick.
