location was very good. staff is too good and cooperative. Everything is available in hotel. cleaning is also there. we would like to come again and stay in same hotel. Thanks

Property is good, clean and very near to the town central and shopping mall. Management is good and responsive. But, lift is not available though staircase is wide enough to carry luggage and boys are available to pick up luggage. Boys are not available to pick up luggage from 9. 30 pm to 7. 30 and during this time if is inconvenient to carry luggage due to non availability of elevator/lift

Property is good, calm and centrally located within town. Food is good.Managwment is cooperative and responsive. Bunker Cot Royal Suit room is joyful for children

The image of the room shown in the pictures is different from the actual room, worst service, food was also not good. Room service was also very bad. Worst experience in the hotel. Never recommended this hotel to anyone.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Apple paradise and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First and foremost, the mattresses were absolutely filthy. It was clear they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and I was deeply concerned about the hygiene standards. Sleeping on those beds was a nightmare. Adding to the discomfort, there were no dental kits provided. I had to go out and buy my own, which was incredibly inconvenient. For a hotel of this supposed caliber, basic amenities like this should be a given. To make matters worse, there was no complimentary water available. It's a basic necessity, and not having it readily available in the room was unacceptable. The service was abysmal. Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, making the entire stay even more frustrating. Any requests or concerns we had were either ignored or met with indifference. In summary, Apple paradise failed on all fronts. Dirty mattresses, lack of basic amenities, and terrible service made this the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodation.

I guess they change there linens 2 months ago…bad smelly and heir every where. Towels are i guess most downgraded i seen in my life. Baddest stay

The hotel is good. Staff is cooperative. View from the balcony is beautiful. The food was also good, the hotel is located in the main road itself.

In suit room no water is available and heater is not availible. They charge extra and food was not upto the mark.
