Quality Inn Gurgaon

This was my second time staying at the Quality Inn Gurgaon, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth and pleasant. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and I really appreciate the lady at the front office she was welcoming, kind, and extremely helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, just like the first time. Housekeeping was exceptional and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The staff in the F&B service were polite, attentive, and made sure I had a great dining experience each time. Overall, I had another wonderful stay, and I’m so glad I chose to return. A big thank you to the entire team for making it feel like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quality Inn Gurgain, and from the moment I arrived until checkout, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the city/sea/mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities—from plush robes to high-end toiletries—were a luxurious touch. Breakfast each morning was a delight with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The on-site restaurant aalso offered fantastic service and cuisine that made staying in an easy choice. Special thanks to the staff for their outstanding hospitality. It’s the kind of place that makes you look forward to returning.

The Quality Inn Gurgaon was good and priced very right. The rooms were a bit smaller in size, but were well maintained and clean the service was good and the food choices were also good. Recommended for business travelers who need hassle free stay

Good property with good enough sized rooms for 2 adults. Property was very clean and maintained. Hospitality team here is also very helping and breakfast was very good. They also have all day room dining and it was good and tasty as well.

Overall a great place, just that the AC had some issue and wasn't cooling properly. But service was prompt, the restaurant serves good food, and rooms are also decent

Tea wasnt that good. No outside view and lobby seemed a bit creepy. Otherwise stay was good. Everything else was top notch. Service and quality were great

The property is good value for money, barring two exceptions-1. Tone of one waitress was rude. 2. My room's attached bathroom was stinking.
