I went to stay without expecting much after always staying in 5 stars and big brand hotels . Surprised. Very warm front office staff Very clean and large rooms , very comfortable. Superb breakfast spread and genuinely good sambar ( not the type you get in Udupi’s sweetened). Further I checked out ain a hurry and left my cables / dongle . The front office within the hour called and also sent picture to my phone . Usually in such cases one has to call and chase up the hotel

Overall a good stay but not that great of an experience. Early check in available on app but not honored. Any requests were not honoured. The common restroom had tobacco bits in the basin. The sofa was not comfortable or clean. Room otherwise was perfect
