No amenities as provided Location good but congested No restaurant facility Local street foods available

no clean rooms no room service no tv or any kind entertainment system in the room. Dirty rooms and also no food availability near by

Great hospitality most of the Bangalore hotel owners should learn from them, receptionist everyone is great

So when we reached the hotel(around 11:50pm at night),the receptionist (a male)said that our booking was not successful and when I told him numerous times my name and booking ID he said this happens quite commonly and we both were girls we were scared where we’ll go at that time and he was not ready to accept that we had a booking;then i went to his side of desk and showed him my name and booking and he said that we had already checked in but that was the first time we had been there-then he accepted that he gave our booked room to someone else;after entering the room we saw a big stain in middle of the bedsheet which made us question our choice of hotel and the room was not neat;we were not given drinking water too.

had booked room for 3 person, which had extra charges too but hotel did not provide extra bed. all 3 had to adjust in queen size bed

No television facility

The service was good. The staff was polite and helpful, location is in the market area and safe. There was no food option but there were eateries nearby. Overall good option for short stay.

In room cockroach was roaming, wall was leakage only, bed was clean tv was not usable desk table was chip chip type can't keep anything on it. Chair was not proper no towel given single given in 2 person.

Very difficult to find this hotel..not one knew it..it took lot of time to reach such noisy crowded lane. Not a good location , not at all like usual hotel accommodations. not recommended .

The room was clean and the bathroom was verry bright and shiny could have included better ac and the bedsheet as well
