The bed was so short that a person 1.8 meters tall would have their feet hanging off the end. Furthermore, there were almost no toiletries provided, no hairdryer, and no hangers. How is it possible that a hairdryer isn't provided in such cold Manali weather? If it weren't for the incredibly patient and friendly service of a lady staff member during my stay, I'm sorry to say I would have given this place a one-star rating only.
