Hotel service is so bad

My booking is 7 jan to 11 jan but i checkout 1 day before 10 jan because of tv is not working in room and service is so bad i not recommended this hotel

Located at a very good point about 1km from the Mall Road. Washrooms were not hygienic and the bedsheets were also stained and the landline did not work.

The kalinga hotel is very good where it is very close to mall road hidimba temple and solang valley, rohtang view.

Bad old rooms, washrooms are not clean you can find dust and spider webs in the corner. Limited parking space. Tv not working and staff not even help to keep the baggage in the room.
