I had a great experience with my stay at this hotel. Staff is very cooperative and rooms have great aesthetics.

The property has amazing valley view very serene and peaceful, excellent stay, staffs are very polite and accommodating, the rooms were big comparatively, thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the property is huge and kept very clean, it has apple peach cherry orchard. A must place to visit to relax. Food is tasty a must try is their thai stir fry chicken. The location of the property is on the hills with the valley view direct. Those who love nature will just love it nature lovers will love this place as you will come across different birds chirping like melody. I went in start of rainy season wonder how beautiful it will be in winter. Absolutely fell in love with this clarks inn property

Food was not so good and room services was very bad. But view of velly is good location is hotel very out side to city

Firstly, its not in manali, its in jagatsukh. There is limited to no connectivity to manali which is approx 20 kms from there. Secondly, the management's behavior is horrendous. They dont provide items upfront and upon request, take hours to honor (if at all they do. The manager literally got into a verbal spat when complained about the poor quality of services, at the hotel reception itself. Third, the breakfast was cold and tasteless. When i asked for bananas, they just sliced the unpeeled banana which was just wasted. Fourth, there were dead flies all over the room. Fifth, there was a score of monitor lizards in the lawns. Lastly, the staff was so irresponsible that upon check out they loaded my luggage on to another vehicle.

Comparatively one of the best and most importantly very good for kids too. Rooms were very clean and ambience is great

Reception service is very poor. They don’t listen. I m very much disappointed from staff. Restaurant staff is also very poor.

It was a very amazing stay. We stayed for 2 days at cl-ark inn. Roads are easily accessible and ample of parking space is aviliable at the resort.

Booked 2 rooms for a night. The approach to parking is too steep and narrow. Room had a kettle which was not working. Many flies in the room. Switches in the room are not friendly for 2 pin mobile chargers.

I am stayed in Clarks inn suites Manali in June 2024 first week with my family hotel infrastructure and location is very good but GM behaviour is very rude ,staff is very unprofessional and room service is not up to marks

We booked premium category room but they provide us delux category (lower)poor service, worst morning breakfast, they can't manage the gathering of about 30 people. We paid for cart and they didn't provide the same. When we asked, they said "sir apko koi takleef to nahi hui na. They failed to provide correct category of room and then started making excuse. Is it really a cl-ark inn chain hotel or duplicate cl-ark inn. I advise customers not to book dinner as part of package but order it as ala carte, which better prepared. Funniest part is their manager said sir mai brahmin ho ke jhoot thode bolunga. This absurd kind of justifications.

Excellent property, courteous staffs, location is very good and you get a very good view of mountains. We like the family room with attic. Prompt support. The whole team is under an excellent leadership.

The stay at cl-ark inn was excellent. The property is well located having amazing scenic view and romantic natural beauty. The food quality is par excellent. Kudos to chef subon negi and other staff in the restaurant including miss sapna. All staff is polite and well behaved and possesses good professional skills. On the top is a very able and humble owner of property sh daljit singh and his wife. We strongly recommend this property for stay in manali. Gm mr kishore and his front desk team is humble and supportive.
