Poor Stay

Stay-vista communications and management with client is very poor. Requires multiple follow ups to get information. The information provided about property and stay-vista did not give proper information about location of the lama house in manali. Google maps take you through a pretty dangerous route to reach the property late in the evening (pitch dark. The property is not well equipped to manage winter weather. The top room is the coldest with a very small heater that is placed closer to door (all heat dissipates out. Another heater or location could not be arranged as only one socket size was present in the room that could have heater connected. The room was definitely not worth the money charged per night. The only good thing about the property is the warm and welcoming feeling that rakeshji (house keeper) and shersinghji (cook and cleaner) provide to guests. I will not recommend using stay-vista in general.

Excellent Stay

The stay at lama house was amazing. Its an oasis of serenity amid-st the traffic infested roads of manali during summer vacations. The staff was courteous and happy to help with anything we needed. The food was good and the service was as fast as they can manage. The linens were changed when found dirty on check-in and we didn't face any issue post that.
