Couldn't ask for a better experience! A cozy villa with well appointed rooms, all with attached bathrooms really give us our privacy while the living areas provide ample family time. The best part is the proximity to the town. The temple, cafes and shopping all were walking distance which made our lives easier considering how congested it gets in the narrow roads of Manali. Now let's talk about hospitality: a team of 5 who are passionately involved in providing a personalized service. From cleaning to dining, we were pampered to the core! Special shout out to Rishi who always went above and beyond! One thing that was missing: we wanted to do a Barbecue in the evening but the team wasn't able to help us inspite of having a barbecue station available because they lacked the required skill. We appreciate them being honest about it but it was a small piece of our checklist which wasn't fulfilled. Another thing that was not upto the mark was the Wi-Fi. We had some important business to take care of which got disrupted as Wi-Fi wasn't working. We had to go to nearby cafes to do the needful.

Property is very well located. Close to hadimba temple and old manali bridge. Staff was very courteous. Served us breakfast way after their breakfast timings. Our cottage was cosy and beautiful but it requires updating. Would love to visit again.

A wonderful stay at casabella. At very close proximity to all the key places in manali. Mall road at walkable distance. The villa is very serene with a beautiful view and extremely good food.
