Property is located at an approachable location with scenic views from rooms

My stay at this property was extremely pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and their hospitality was outstanding. The food was also very good. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property itself is very aesthetic and beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Property is located at a good place however the flood has kind of ruined the roads, so if you don't have a car, it kind of becomes problematic. Hope they mend the roads. One negative point I would like to point out is that they have a lot of food options listed in the menu, but a lot of it is unavailable - they keep saying no chef, no ingredients etc. This apart, the stay was really nice. Very pretty and serene. Good hot water is available and hair dryer is also available.

Management is very poor. There was no water, no electricity, no responsibility from hotel management.

The hotel was good, but the staff was arrogant, but the properties manager was very honourable man. He never disappointed us. The Stay was good if they provided a fan.

The manager at the Alt Life was quite un- corporative. The booking required some adjustment because I booked dorm room by mistake. I had to pay double the amount I paid already to get a suitable room . The properties like this lowers the standard of make my trip itself.
