Property location is good parking is tricky due to steep slope, food quality is good it is vegetarian only, amenities overall are good but toilet are bit too high and sink was leaking from underneath, it was reported but was not fixed

Good Stay
Location is not good. Food and hygenie is okay....room service and laundary was good until i pay them all their dues before check out.as they get paid they were eager to throw us out...even 2 hour before check out time...our bags were left outside the lift in the parking and no one from hotel was there... i felt bad...but its ok..๐

Spacious centrally cooled/heated rooms with co-operative staffs
coupleI recently had the pleasure of staying at the khar hotel in manali, and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations! here are some of the highlights of my stay: - good location: the hotel is located in vashisht, near the manali volvo bus stand and solang valley, making it the perfect base for exploring the region. Plus, it's one of the best locations to experience snowfall while staying in the hotel! - spacious rooms: even the starting executive rooms are bigger than deluxe premium rooms at other hotels. The washrooms are also spacious & hygienic, making it a comfortable stay for guests. - centrally cooled/heated: the hotel's central air-conditioning system ensures that you stay comfortable, regardless of the outside temperature. I was wearing a t-shirt in my room when it was -5-7 degrees outside! - clean and well-maintained: the hotel is a new property with 2 lifts on each floor. The reception area is decent, and there's space to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The views of the mountains are stunning! - co-operative and friendly staff: all the staff members are co-operative, friendly, and always ready to help. They made my stay truly enjoyable! - restaurant serving pure veg food: the restaurant serves delicious pure veg food, and the taste is awesome! the restaurant is big enough, with ample sitting space. Opting for the breakfast and dinner combo is a great idea, as the food is very tasty and the buffet menu has a lot of options. - guest parking area: parking is available for guests, which is a big plus! - other facilities: the hotel offers a range of facilities, including: - hot water - power backup - toiletries - hair dryer - towels - wardrobe - dressing table - balcony with chairs and tables - mountain view - jacuzzi in family suites - extra bed on request overall, i had an amazing stay at the khar hotel, and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in manali.

Terrible Stay
Worst welcome, no welcome drink served, no early checkin inspite of availability and asking for extra charge, but when we called customer care then they arranged one early checkin. No sleepers in room, no hair dryer in room, bathroom drains were choked, no hot water in taps, no bonfire was there. Very rude behavior at the time of checkin. If this booking was not prepaid then we straight forward cancel the booking. Worst experience from make my trip. We have two bookings same day, same hotel in the name of mohit jaiswal and a viral saronja

We also want to clarify the amenities provided. As you may know, different room categories come with varying amenities. For example, certain items such as slippers are offered upon request in lower-category rooms, and we are always happy to provide them when asked. We would like to emphasize that the amenities in our Jacuzzi Suite differ from those in our Premium Room, and we encourage guests to reach out for any specific requests. Regarding the hot water, please understand that during the colder months in Manali, it can take a bit longer for the water to reach the desired temperature as the cold water in the pipes must be drained first. We appreciate your patience in this regard. We do indeed offer a bonfire pit on our property, and many of our guests have enjoyed it. Finally, we were made aware of the issue with the hair dryer and promptly replaced it to ensure your comfort. Itโs a great place to stay with family. Great location. Rooms are neat and clean. Hotels staff is very courteous. Food is great and pure veg. All staff members are very polite and work sincerely. Please keep up the good work.

familyMy stay experience at the khar was beautiful. The rooms were spacious, clean, the staff was really helpful and polite. And the view from the room was mesmerising! itโs a beautiful property and would recommend people. However do keep in mind that the propertyโs location is at a bit of steep height so driving and parking would beded some skill! rest it was a wonderful experience!

coupleThe location is very good. Itโs a pure veg hotel but the food was awesome. Rooms are big & spacious & well maintained. The staffs are friendly & always responsive over the call if you are away from hotel & need to contact them. You will surely love the stay in this property
